What is Diversion?

Diversion is a program run by many courts for certain first time criminal offenders.  After successful completion of the program, the criminal charge is usually dismissed and expunged.  

What is Drug Court?

Drug Court is a specialized court which gives those defendants, who meet certain criteria, the option for treatment for their chemical dependency.

What is Mental Health Court

Mental Health Court is a specialized court dealing with those criminal defendants who have a diagnosis of Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Bipolar Disorder or Major Depressive Disorder recurrent and are competent to stand trial.
