Many people are familiar or are at least aware of some of the court ordered penalties when you are convicted of a DUI. However, a DUI can never be expunged in the State of Ohio, leaving many people with a criminal conviction on their records for life. Unfortunately, in this tough economy, this could be the difference between getting a job or being passed over.
